Be guided through a grounding and rejuvenating yoga class. Beginning with pranayama (breathing techniques) to settle the nervous system, then move into a slow flowing sequence, followed by deeply nourishing, long hold stretches to open up the body and mind and allow prana to flow. Guided meditation closes the class. You will leave feeling grounded, centred, open hearted and ready for the day ahead. Emma Roberts is a Vinyasa yoga teacher and Ayurvedic lifestyle consultant from the Surfcoast in Victoria. Teaching yoga is truly an honour and a privilege for Emma, she loves the way it brings more awareness, love and intention into the everyday.
