Music festivals can take our toll on our mental health and the days after can be triggering for many. We exercise to keep our bodies in shape, but what are we doing to keep our brains in shape? This workshop will inform you in choosing the right foods to help achieve and maintain a good mood, and the nutrients that have been linked to decreasing the severity of anxiety and depressive experiences - and the foods that these nutrients are found in. Dietitian Rebecca Cavanagh discusses the number of nutrients that can help with mood and anxiety, and how to get combinations of these nutrients from foods. Meal ideas to be incorporated in your daily living post festival, which have positive impacts on mood, will also be offered.
