Festival No.23 is an intimately sized, community-built, immersive electronic music and arts camping festival. Join us for a unique opportunity to connect with music, culture, nature and each other.
Our music program champions a selection of the most innovative acts on the international festival stage and a broad domestic line-up.
Just an hour from Melbourne on the lands of the Dja Dja Wurrung, Taungurung and Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung People; we return to our home in the rolling hills of the Macedon Ranges, backdropped by stunning vistas, complete with a pool and freshwater damn where you can enjoy music and swimming all day.
In 2023, Festival 23 returns with three days and nights of carefully curated electronic music, creative experimentation and wellness experiences. Expect a unique party with opportunities for regeneration, inspiration and connection.

MUSIC
The intimate scale and unique environment at Festival 23 ensure you can enjoy our hand-curated performances in style. Artists, audience and environment come together in an architectural setting created in the early 1980s.
Spend your days at the green terrace stage nestled between a freshwater dam and the ‘front and centre’ infinity pool, or at our new second outdoor arena that will be a surprise for all. While the historic dairy building with its sunken lounge and mezzanine stages provides a striking, all-weather setting for late-night performances.

COMMUNITY
We return to the undulating landscapes of Victoria’s Macedon Ranges for our second annual, creative oasis and music festival. From January 27-29, 2023, we will gather a community of passionate individuals from all over the world for a freshly designed event that combines immersive art and wellness experiences with intimate musical performances.
The people who come to Festival 23 are more than spectators—they’re a community and a large part of the intention behind our 2023 event is the reconnection of this community. Festival 23 proudly offers no VIP section or 'backstage' areas. One wristband fits all.
INCLUSIVITY
We have created this to explore what is possible through freedom of individual and community radical self-expression. The root of the number 23, in the context of this festival, speaks to a free party ethos where everyone was involved and equal. Festival 23 is by intention and design an inclusive space for all.
Intolerant behaviour towards any type, gender, or the creative behaviour or expression of any person, for any reason, will not be tolerated. In the unlikely event that you feel uncomfortable due to the action of another person at the festival please advise our festival crew or security immediately.
